Printing artwork using Microsoft Word

How To Print The Front Artwork

Step 01 - Start "Microsoft Word"

Step 02 - Open a new document

Step 03 - In the top menu, click in insert, click in picture, from file (figure 01)

Step 04 - Browse the files to find the cover artwork you need and click in the insert button (Figure 02)

Step 05 - The cover artwork now appears inside your document

Step 06 - Click with the right button over the image

Step 07 - a new menu appears, choose "Picture Format" (Figure 03)

Step 08 - in the new menu choose the "size" submenu and fill the widht and height with this measures 12cm

Step 09 - make sure the options "fix proportion" and "Relative to original picture size" is not marked (Figure 04 )

Step 10 - Click in Ok

Step 11 - Now print the artwork

Done!!!!

How To Print The Back Artwork

Follow the steps 1 - 7 like in the "front artwork" howto

Step 08 - in the new menu choose the "size" submenu and fill the widht and height with this measures 11,5cm and 15cm

Step 09 - make sure the options "fix proportion" and "Relative to original picture size" is not marked (Figure 05 )

Step 10 - Click in Ok

Step 11 - Now print the artwork

Done!!!!
